• We do not support the streaming of copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright holder.
• We cannot guarantee that every M3U/M3U8 playlist contains EPG (Electronic Program Guide) information, as this is provided by the network service provider.

Information We Collect

Jetpack IPTV uses Firebase services to collect non-personal and anonymized data to improve the stability and performance of the app. Specifically, we use:

• Firebase Crashlytics: to collect crash reports and diagnostics to help us identify and resolve app issues.
• Firebase Analytics: to gather aggregated usage statistics such as screen views, session durations, and technical information (e.g., device type and operating system version).

We also use PostHog for anonymized product analytics in the app and on this website, and RevenueCat to verify purchases (see In-App Purchases below). This website loads Google Tag Manager, which we use for the same anonymized measurement.

We do not collect or process personally identifiable information (PII). No data collected is used for advertising or shared with advertising networks.

In-App Purchases

Jetpack IPTV offers Jetpack Boost, an optional auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription that unlocks additional features. Boost is sold and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms, and payment details are handled by them. We never see or store your payment information.

We use RevenueCat to check whether a purchase is active, so the app can unlock the features you paid for on your devices. Manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data collected through the app. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

Jetpack IPTV is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we may have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.
