Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Jetpack IPTV account and the data associated with it.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to info@avitog.com with the subject line Jetpack IPTV account deletion request.
  2. Include the email address or Google / Apple account you use with Jetpack IPTV so we can identify your account.
  3. We will process your request and delete your account and associated data from our systems.

What we delete

When we fulfill a deletion request, we remove account-related data stored on our servers, such as linked devices, synced preferences, favorites, and watch history associated with your account.

Uninstalling the app on your device removes local app data on that device. Purchases made through Google Play or the App Store are managed by those stores and are not deleted by us.
